After you're done with work, or the sun goes down (whichever is first ) put your phone on grey scale. Then don’t take it off until you go outside and get sun the next morning.
Sun Before Screens.
This little hack cuts down on the dopamine you get from your phone. It makes it less appealing. You then get better sleep, align our circadian rhythms, deprogram your brains addiction to your smart phone and in turn feel better, lose weight, and avoid chronic conditions. Win!
Here’s how you do it..
On Android:
Open the Settings app.
Go to Accessibility.
Select Display & Text Size.
Choose Color Filters.
Turn on Color Filters and select Grayscale.
On iPhone:
Open the Settings app.
Go to Accessibility.
Select Display & Text Size.
Choose Color Filters.
Turn on Color Filters and select Grayscale.
