3 things you can do right now to lower stress and steady yourself.
First: Define your purpose.Your purpose stays the same. Your calling changes.
When you confuse the two, stress skyrockets. You start chasing roles, results, platforms, income, titles… instead of living where God created you to be.
Your purpose is fixed. It’s who you are at your core. Your calling is seasonal. It’s how that purpose plays out in this chapter.
When you know your purpose, you can walk through career shifts, parenting changes, health challenges, and opportunities without losing yourself. That clarity alone reduces anxiety.
