You blinked… and it’s March.
We’re almost through the first quarter of the year. The clocks change this Sunday. The light is stretching longer in the evenings. Spring is just about two and a half weeks away.
This is your safe-place check-in.
Ask yourself:
How am I really doing?
Have I stayed intentional in health & faith?
Where have I drifted?
Where do I need strengthening?
January is vision. February is adjustment. March is where resilience is built.
Resilience isn’t about doing more — it’s about doing what makes you stronger.
It’s choosing something hard on purpose so you build strength in body, mind, and spirit.
It’s lifting the weights.Taking the cold plunge.Fasting with intention.Getting sunlight before screens.Turning off the noise and opening your Bible.Going to bed when you said you would.
It’s training your nervous system to handle stress without living in survival mode.
And most importantly, it’s doing all of that with God — not striving alone, but inviting His peace, His presence, and His participation into your effort.
As we move toward spring, I want you healthy enough — mentally and physically — to enjoy it. Not dragging yourself into the next season depleted. But stepping into it grounded and clear.
So this week, reassess and act.
