Love or Hate ACV?
👉🏽Study getting a lot of talk on social media.
Healthline’s medically-reviewed article (updated June 25, 2024) suggests drinking 1–2 tablespoons (15–30 mL) of ACV daily, especially while eating a healthy, lower‑calorie diet, may lead to modest weight and body fat loss—like 1–2 lbs over 12 weeks—along with slight reductions in belly fat and triglycerides. It may also help you feel fuller, reduce blood sugar spikes after meals, and improve insulin response.
That said, most of the research is limited and not fully replicated. Experts emphasize that ACV isn’t a magic solution—it works best alongside a nutritious diet, exercise, and healthy habits.
Be mindful to dilute ACV in plenty of water (never take it straight!), start with a teaspoon to assess tolerance, and rinse your mouth afterward to protect dental enamel. Those with digestive conditions or taking medications should check with their healthcare provider first
