8 Ways to BioHack Your Sleep

2. Exercise before 4pm: We evolved exercising in the morning when we’re at our peak. Exercising later in the day stresses the body too much, spikes cortisol & doesn’t prepare our bodies for good sleep⁣

 

3. Get exposed to natural Light. Morning sunlight resets our daily biological clock, which helps balance hormones
