The struggle is the balance of candy vs non candy, but not then having it be all money or erasers, and then the actual reason behind Easter which has nothing to do with a bunny! 🐰. I will say, my kids all have their own walk with the Lord and we are quite clear on Holy Week. So I feel no guilt about a little childish fun along with the weight of the death and resurrection of our savior. In fact, humble mom brag moment, Georgia is on her spring break now and she is spending it on a mission trip in North Carolina. That kid.
