Speaking of...Glp1's, Saffron for Depression, Sage for Hot Flashes and...

Hey Friends,

I’m writing this on a super early flight home from LA, still buzzing from two incredible days at the National Menopause Show.

This one was big for me. I’ve spoken on stages before, but never among so many of the doctors, scientists, and experts ( Dr. Carrie Jones, Dr. Eve Henry, NP Cynthia Thurlow, Dr. Amy Louis- bayliss) who have shaped the way I live, coach, and teach about women’s health.

I wish you could’ve been there. The sessions were life-changing—from new research on thyroid health, GLPs, gut and bone health, skin, and sleep, to how to talk to your doctor and advocate for your care.

Here are my biggest takeaways:

💛 My thoughts on GLPs have evolved—there’s more nuance.

💛 My belief in HRT as a life-changing (and safe) option for most women was reaffirmed.

💛 Saffron for depression. Sage tea for hot flashes and black cohosh for mood.

💛 And despite all the new awareness, so many women still feel alone in their symptoms.

We’ve got work to do, friends—and it reminded me that what we’re building together matters more than ever.

Personally, I was humbled and deeply grateful to take the stage at this level. It reignited my passion to keep teaching women how to use health science and real faith to create more joy, balance, and energy in every season of life.

Next up, I’ll be speaking in Montana at a women’s health and faith conference, and then I’ll be home for a bit—hosting a series of virtual small group sessions where I’ll share what I’m teaching across the country. You’ll be able to ask questions, connect in real time, and leave with an action plan designed for you.
